About MollieI provide direct psychotherapy services for adults, older adults and their caregivers (adult children) with a focus on person centered therapy, and specialize in working with clients who may be experiencing anxiety and depression.
I find it is important to incorporate the latest research into my therapeutic approach while developing an individualized plan for each client. My approach works to eliminate symptoms that can interfere with living a life that is worth celebrating. I also draw from daily practice of prayer and mindfulness. |
My non-profit work includes roles as a therapist/social worker engaging with individuals, couples and family members in areas of family dynamics, substance use, declining health, aging process, etc. I also have experience working as a program director managing staff members and working through human resources topics such as reviewing resumes, interviewing, performance reviews, and enhancing communication styles with co-workers. As an executive director, I worked on creating strategies concerning government politics, upgrading systems, team building, project/event management, policy analysis and development, and business strategy and expansion. I think it is important to promote respect for one another and encourage positive communication for successful outcomes.
On a Personal Note

I am active in my local church, have volunteered with a number of organizations throughout San Francisco, and I am available as a consultant for non-profit agencies. The beauty of nature brings me peace and I enjoy being outdoors and doing activities in the mountains and by the ocean.
